With some people who have limited mobility, you may find it difficult to sit very low down and get up again – which can lead to assisted bathroom trips which is not only depressing but embarrassing for some people. So, thanks to raised toilet seats you can now enjoy privacy.
Walk In baths
Another great bathroom feature available to those in the disabled living sector is specialist bath tubs and bath seats. Again, having many people with limited mobility, getting up can be very difficult and almost impossible alone – but now, there are products such as bathroom seats which prevent you from sitting too low down. Another specialist bathroom equipment is walk in baths – these open from the side and allow you to walk in and sit on a seat built in, then fill the bath up. This is great for those who enjoy baths yet have limited mobility. The inventor of this product believed that you shouldn’t be limited just because you have limited mobility.
